These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BarFun and the website at barfun.games (the "Service"), operated by BarFun ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

Drinking-game content is intended for adults age 21 and older. BarFun v1 does not include account creation. Online rooms use normal internet access, not Bluetooth, so players can join from their own phones with a room code when online room play is available; rooms played on one device are stored in the browser that creates them.

2. Payments & Billing

• Public play may be free during limited launch windows.
• After a free window ends, BarFun may require a table pass or other paid access before play.
• There are no venue SaaS subscriptions or free trials in this app.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt gameplay, reverse-engineer the platform, upload unlawful content, or use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

BarFun and its branding and software are our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of custom content you enter, and you are responsible for using the Service lawfully.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BarFun is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
